Livraison et retours
All items sold on CHAPCHAP Africa are available in stock and ready to ship. We ship your package within a maximum of 0 to 2 working days after receipt of your order.
Whatever your delivery method, you will be able to follow the status of your order in your customer area or on the page Track my order.
Once your order has been validated, you can contact our customer service by telephone or e-mail to request the modification of one or more items or change the delivery address of your order, provided that it has not yet been prepared. In addition, if you have chosen CHAPCHAP Xpress as your delivery method, it is possible to request a change to your delivery address, but only before the order has been shipped.
After placing your order on our site, you will receive an email containing the delivery address you provided. If you are absent during delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you where to collect your package.
If you are absent during delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox indicating the postal contact point where you can collect your package. You will have a period of 10 calendar days to collect it, starting from the day after the day you submit the notice of passage. If the deadline is missed for reasons that are your responsibility, you will need to contact our customer service to find a solution.
Delivery of bulky products can be done via our Premium Delivery service. To ensure everyone's safety, it is recommended to ventilate the delivery room before the delivery person arrives, to maintain a distance of 2 meters and to facilitate access to the delivery room. The delivery person will take care of the delivery by recording all the information on his PDA, thus avoiding any direct contact. Our delivery people are trained in barrier gestures and have masks and hydroalcoholic gel to guarantee your safety. Please note that curtain rods cannot be delivered to the door. This delivery method is only available in France and the cost depends on the delivery location and the products ordered.
